How to sign up, choose a plan, and create your account

Setting up your LittleLink ID account is the first step to using the platform. During signup, you will choose your subscription, complete payment, and create your login so you can access your dashboard and continue with onboarding.

Step 1: Choose your subscription
When you begin signup, you will be asked to choose the subscription that works best for you.

You can select either:
  • a monthly plan
  • an annual plan.
 

Once you have chosen your subscription, you can continue to select the colour of your card and add any additional assistant cards if you need them.


Step 2: Complete payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. After your payment is completed, your account setup can begin.

Make sure you enter the correct email address during signup, as this will be used for account access and important notifications.
 
 
Step 3: Check your email
After payment, you will receive an email to set your password and access your account for the first time.
Open the email and click on Set password button or follow the link provided to create your password.

Step 4: Set your password
Use the link in your email to set your password and activate your login.
Please note:
  • the password setup link is valid for 72 hours
  • if the link expires, you will need to request a new one.

Once your password has been set, you can sign in and continue to onboarding.

Step 5: Sign in to your account
After setting your password, sign in using your email address and password. Once you are logged in, you will be taken into LittleLink ID, where you can start completing your onboarding details.

What happens next?
After your account has been created, the next step is to complete onboarding.

This includes:
  • adding your setting details
  • entering your registration number
  • uploading your insurance or certificate
  • submitting your card holder details.

Tips for a smooth setup
To avoid delays when creating your account:
  • use an email address you can access straight away
  • check your junk or spam folder if the setup email does not arrive
  • complete your password setup as soon as possible so the link does not expire
  • keep your subscription confirmation email for your records.
