How to add and manage emergency contacts

When adding or updating a child in LittleLink ID, you can add emergency contacts to their profile. These contacts help support safeguarding, emergency access, collection arrangements, and the child review process.
Each child should have:

How to add an emergency contact
To add a contact:

- Go to the Emergency Contacts section
- Click Add New Contact.

If a contact is marked as authorised for pickup, they can be selected during checkout when the child is collected.
If the person collecting the child is not listed as an approved pickup contact, checkout can still be completed using the child’s safeword where appropriate.
Updating contact details later
You can return to a child’s profile at any time to update their contacts. This is useful if:
