LittleLink ID allows you to remove a child from your account if they are no longer attending your setting or their record is no longer needed. This removes the child from the system and also deletes any uploaded child photos linked to that record.
Because this action removes the child completely, it is a good idea to check the child’s details carefully before confirming.

- Go to the Children page
- Find the child you want to remove
- Open their Details
- Select the option to remove the child.

Follow the confirmation steps shown on screen to complete the removal.


What happens when a child is removed
Once a child is removed:
If the child had previously been shown on the public profile when checked in, they will no longer be available there once removed.

Before removing a child, it may help to check:
Viewing child history first
If needed, you can open the child’s Audit log before removal to review recent activity linked to that child. This can help you check what has happened in the record before you delete it.
Once a child is removed:
- they are deleted from your account
- any uploaded child photos are deleted
- they will no longer appear in the Children area
- they will no longer be available for check-in or checkout.
