LittleLink ID allows you to deactivate a card, reactivate it later if needed, or order a replacement card. This is helpful if a card is temporarily out of use, has been lost, or needs to be replaced with a new one.

These options are all managed from Manage Cards.

How to deactivate a card
To deactivate a card:
  1. Go to Manage Cards
  2. Open the card you want to manage
  3. Select the option to Deactivate the card.
This can be useful if the card is no longer in use or you want to stop it being used temporarily.

How to reactivate a card
If a deactivated card needs to be used again, go back to the same card in Manage Cards and choose the option to Reactivate it.
This is helpful if a card was temporarily disabled and is now needed again.

How to replace a card
If a card has been lost, damaged, or needs changing, you can order a replacement from Manage Cards. Select Order a replacement and follow the steps shown on screen.
Depending on your setup, this may include confirming details such as:
  • the delivery address
  • the card colour
What happens after ordering a replacement
Once the replacement card arrives, it will need to be activated before normal use. Use the activation code provided with the new card and complete activation through Manage Cards.

When to use each option
You may want to:
  • Deactivate a card if it is temporarily not being used or lost
  • Reactivate a card if it is being brought back into use
  • Replace a card if it has been lost, damaged, or needs to be swapped.

Good to know
If you are replacing a card, it is a good idea to check which card is currently active and being used before making changes. This can be especially helpful if you manage more than one card.
