How to manage your card, QR code, and scan history

Once your LittleLink ID card has been activated, you can manage it from the Manage Cards section. This area lets you open card details, view the QR code, and review scan history linked to that card.

This is useful for checking how your card is being used and confirming that it is linked correctly to your public profile.

How to open your card details
To manage your card:

1. Go to Manage Cards from the left-hand menu
2. Find the card you want to view
3. Click View Details.

From here, you can see more information about that card.

Viewing the QR code
Inside the card details view, you can access the QR code linked to your LittleLink ID card. This QR code takes people to your public profile when scanned.

This can be useful if you want to:

• confirm the correct QR code is linked
• preview what the card connects to
• use the QR code for checking access if needed.
  

Viewing scan history
The card details page also includes scan history. This helps you review activity linked to the card and see when it has been scanned.

This can be useful if you want to:

• check whether the card has recently been used
• confirm activity after testing the QR code
• review general card usage.

Viewing children linked to the card
Within the card details area, you may also be able to see which children are currently checked in under that card.

This helps if you use more than one card and want to understand which card is currently linked to which checked-in children.

Good to know
If you cannot see the QR code or scan history, first check that:

• the card is active
• you have opened the correct card in Manage Cards
• the card details page has loaded fully.
