How to manage your subscription, payment method, and invoices

LittleLink ID allows you to manage your subscription from within your account. This includes reviewing your plan, updating your payment method, and accessing invoices.

What you can manage
From the subscription or billing area, you can manage:
  • your current subscription
  • your payment method
  • your invoices.

How to manage your subscription
To review your subscription:
  1. Go to the profile
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Review the information shown.

How to update your payment method
If you need to change your card or payment details:
  1. Go to the payment method section
  2. Add or update the payment details requested
  3. Save the changes.
How to view invoices
To access invoices:
  1. Open the invoices section in your subscription or billing area
  2. Review the invoices listed there
  3. Click on the one you need.
Good to know
It is a good idea to keep your payment method up to date to avoid interruptions to your subscription. If you need to stop using LittleLink ID completely, use the cancellation process rather than simply leaving payment details unchanged.
