How two-factor authentication works

LittleLink ID offers two-factor authentication to help make your account more secure. This uses an email-based verification step when signing in.

How it works
When two-factor authentication is enabled:

1. you sign in with your normal login details
2. LittleLink ID sends a 6-digit code to your email address
3. you enter the code to complete sign-in.

This adds an extra security step beyond just your password.

How to manage two-factor authentication
To review or change this setting:

1. Go to your account or security settings
2. Find the two-factor authentication option
3. Enable or disable it as needed
4. Save your changes.

Why it is useful
Two-factor authentication helps protect your account by making it harder for someone else to gain access, even if they know your password.

Good to know
If you do not receive the 6-digit code, check:

• your main inbox
• junk or spam
• that your account email address is correct.
