What happens when you cancel your subscription

You can cancel your LittleLink ID subscription from your account. When you do, the subscription does not end immediately. Instead, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.

What happens after cancellation
After cancellation:

• your account stays active until the end of the billing period
• once that period ends, your account is closed and your public profile is disabled.
  
• If you do not reactivate your subscription within 30 days, your account gets removed completely with every associated information you uploaded.

This means you continue to have access for the remainder of the time you have already paid for.

Why this is important
Before cancelling, it is a good idea to make sure you no longer need the information stored in your account, because data removal happens after the billing period ends.

How to cancel
To cancel your subscription:

1. Go to the subscription or billing area
2. Select the cancellation option
3. Follow the confirmation steps shown on screen.

Cancelling your subscription is different from simply turning off a setting or logging out of your account. It starts the process that ends your subscription at the close of the current billing period and leads to full data removal after that point.
