Why aren’t the same children showing on my assistant card?

A common question is why the same checked-in children are not showing on both the main card and an assistant card.
In LittleLink ID, this is expected. Cards do not automatically mirror each other.
Why this happens
Children appear on the card they are currently assigned to.
So if a child is linked to your main card, they may not also appear on your assistant card unless they have been moved there.
Assistant cards are separate
Each card on your account is treated as its own card. That means assistant cards can show different children from the main card.
This is useful when more than one card is being used, but it can be confusing at first if you expected every card to show the same children.
How to make a child appear on another card
If a child needs to appear on your assistant card instead, you can move them to that card from the dashboard.
