After you complete payment for LittleLink ID, you should receive two emails:
If the password setup email has not arrived, it is usually caused by a delay, a typo in the email address, or the message being filtered into another folder.
What to check first
Before doing anything else, check:
The password setup email is sent after successful payment, so it is also worth checking that your payment went through and that you received your order confirmation email.
Wait a few minutes
Sometimes email delivery can take a little longer than expected. If you have only just signed up, give it a few minutes and then check your inbox again. This can help if the email is simply delayed.
Check for email address mistakes
If the order confirmation email has not arrived either, there may have been a typo in the email address entered during signup.
If you still can’t find it
If the password setup email still has not arrived after checking your inbox folders and confirming payment, the quickest next step is to contact support through the LittleLink ID website.
Good to know
When the password setup email does arrive, the setup link is only valid for 72 hours, so it is best to open it and set your password as soon as possible.
If your email arrives later but the link no longer works, use the separate troubleshooting guide:
My password setup link has expired.
