If the wrong email address is entered for an approver, the approver may not receive their email and the child may remain awaiting review.
The good news is that you can update the approver email and send the request again.

- Go to Approvers & Contacts from the left-hand menu, or open the child’s contact details
- Find the approver contact
- Edit the email address
- Save the updated details.

Once the email address has been corrected, resend the child’s details so the correct approver receives the request.

If this is the approver’s first time using LittleLink ID, they may also need to set up their account before completing the review.

After updating the email, the child may still remain awaiting review until the approver:

- that the correct person is marked as the approver
