Your LittleLink ID public profile is linked to your card and only shows limited information when children are actively checked in. If the profile looks empty, incomplete, or different from what you expected, there are a few common things to check first.
Check whether any children are checked in
Children only appear on the public profile when they are checked in. If no children are currently checked in, the profile may look empty or show much less information than expected.
If a child has already been checked out, they will no longer appear on the public profile.

Check whether your card is active

Check you are using the correct card
If you have more than one card, make sure you are previewing or scanning the correct one. A child may be linked to a different active card, especially if they have been moved during the day.
Check how child information is supposed to appear
Some users think the public profile is not working properly when it is actually showing information as designed.
For example, the public profile uses:
This is expected behaviour.
Check the child’s photo settings
If a child photo is missing from the public profile, check whether Do not show on public profile was selected in the child’s profile.
If the photo is allowed to show, it will still appear as a blurred image rather than the original photo.
Check whether auto-checkout has run
If a child was showing earlier but has disappeared later in the evening, auto-checkout may have removed them from the public profile.
If this seems likely, check your settings and review whether auto-checkout is enabled.
Good to know
If the public profile opens but does not show the child information you expected, the issue is often not the profile itself. It is usually because:

Some users think the public profile is not working properly when it is actually showing information as designed.
For example, the public profile uses:
- initials instead of full names
- age bands instead of full dates of birth
- blurred photos instead of original child photos
- limited emergency information only.
This is expected behaviour.
